The school is committed to providing a nurturing environment where every pupil is encouraged to reach their full potential, supported by a dedicated and experienced staff team.

The school is looking to appoint a full-time LSA on a temporary basis from September. The successful LSA will provide both 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs, and experience working within an ALN base or behaviour unit will be highly beneficial. The role requires a patient, resilient and proactive individual who can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

The successful LSA will have:

• Experience supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Previous experience working within a primary school
• Experience working within an ALN base or behaviour base/unit is desirable
• A positive, patient and resilient approach
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning and development
