The setting is centred on pupil’s development, as well as an intrinsic desire to make progress both academically and with their own emotional, social and behavioural skills. The school is seeking a passionate team player to take on this short-term role, although there is potential for this to become a long-term placement for the right ALN LSA. The successful ALN Learning Support Assistant / LSA will bring a new dimension and skill set to this role, be keen to develop their own skills to adapt to the children’s individual needs and have a positive impact on the wider school.
