The school provides a supportive environment focused on helping young people engage positively with their education and achieve their potential.The school is looking to take on an LSA on a full-time, temporary basis, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right LSA. Working from 08:45 - 15:15, the successful LSA will provide 1:1 support to KS3 and KS4 pupils, helping them engage with learning, manage their behaviour and develop their confidence and independence.The successful LSA will have:• Experience working with children or young people in an education or SEND setting• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour• Confidence providing 1:1 support to KS3 and KS4 pupils• A patient and resilient approach• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• A positive and adaptable attitudeIn return for the above you can expect to receive:• A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with the easy onboarding process• CPD Courses and certificates as part of ..... full job details .....
