I m currently working with a welcoming primary school in Chadwell St Mary who are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work within a Year 6 classroom.This is a classroom-based role supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups, helping them stay engaged with learning, preparing for SATs, and building confidence before moving on to secondary school. You will also assist the class teacher with learning activities and help maintain a calm, positive classroom environment.
