Are you confident providing 1:1 support to pupils who may display challenging behaviour? Are you a patient, resilient and adaptable LSA looking for a full-time role? TeacherActive is proud to be working with Boleyn Park, an SEMH school in Westcliff, supporting pupils who require additional social, emotional and mental health support. The school provides a supportive environment focused on helping young people engage positively with their education and achieve their potential. The school is looking to take on an LSA on a full-time, temporary basis, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right LSA. Working from 08:45 - 15:15, the successful LSA will provide 1:1 support to KS3 and KS4 pupils, helping them engage with learning, manage their behaviour and develop their confidence and independence.
