The setting supports pupils aged 4 to 19 years old and is committed to providing an environment where every pupil can develop and achieve their full potential.The setting is looking to take on a full-time LSA on a temporary basis from September. The successful LSA will support pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, physical disabilities and profound and multiple learning difficulties / PMLD, carrying out standard LSA duties and supporting pupils to engage positively with their learning and development.The successful LSA will have:• Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs• Experience with autism, physical disabilities and/or PMLD is desirable• A patient and nurturing approach to supporting pupils• Strong communication and teamwork skills• The ability to adapt to the individual needs of pupils• A positive and proactive attitudeIn return ..... full job details .....
