The provision offers a structured and supportive environment with a personalised approach to helping young people engage with their education. The PRU is looking for a PRU Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time, temporary basis, providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with needs including SEMH, EBD, ADHD and trauma-related behaviours. The successful PRU Teaching Assistant will support personalised learning and behaviour plans, help pupils regulate their emotions and use effective behaviour management and de-escalation strategies to maintain a calm and safe learning environment.
