Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with students on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
• Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons, ensuring students are engaged and supported throughout.
• Help create an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel confident and able to participate.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN), following individual education plans (IEPs) and implementing tailored support strategies.
• Monitor students'' progress and provide feedback to teachers on how best to support their learning.
• Provide encouragement and help build students'' self-esteem, promoting positive behavior and attitudes in the classroom.
• Assist with general classroom duties, including the preparation of resources and materials.

Qualifications andamp; Experience:

• Previous experience working with young people, particularly in an educational setting, is preferred.
• A genuine interest in supporting students with different learning needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive, encouraging attitude.
• Experience working with students who have SEN would be a bonus, but we are open to applications from those eager to learn and develop.
