Your Role as a Year 5 Learning Support Assistant
As an LSA, you will:
Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons tailored to Year 5 students.
Provide one-on-one and small-group support to help students understand key concepts.
Encourage positive behaviour and a love for learning in the classroom.
Support students with different learning needs, ensuring they feel included and valued.
Help with classroom organisation and lesson preparation to create a productive learning environment.

Weandrsquo;re looking for enthusiastic individuals who:
Have a passion for education and supporting young learners.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Are patient, adaptable, and proactive in their approach.
Have experience working with children (preferred but not essential).
Are eager to develop their skills and grow within the education sector.
