As an LSA, you''ll provide essential one-to-one and small group support, empowering pupils to succeed both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, supportive relationships with students, adapting your approach to suit their individual needs.
• Work closely with teachers and external professionals to put personalised education plans into practice.
• Prepare and adapt learning resources to create an inclusive, engaging classroom experience.

• Role: Learning Support Assistant
• Start Date: Immediate
• Location: Swindon
• Salary: -85 - -100 per day
• Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
