Learning Support Assistant Sutton Education First Sutton £120 per day 5 Days a Week Secondary School Learning Support Assistant Opportunity Sutton Education First is looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a secondary school in Sutton. This is a full-time opportunity, working 5 days a week, supporting pupils across the school and helping them to engage positively with their learning. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide effective support to pupils and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, your responsibilities may include: Supporting pupils in the classroom and during lessons Providing 1:1 and small group support where required Helping pupils access the curriculum and complete learning activities Supporting pupils with additional learning needs Working closely with teachers and other support staff Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement Helping pupils develop confidence and independence Supporting pupils during break and lunch periods when required Providing feedback to teachers on pupil progress and engagement Following school policies and safeguarding procedures What We''re Looking For We''re keen to hear from candidates who have: Previous experience working with children or young people Experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant Strong communication and ..... full job details .....
