Key Tasks: Deliver targeted academic and routine guidance to students, 1 on 1 or in small groups as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA). Assist the teacher by adapting learning materials to student targets. Guide student behaviour with patience, clear boundaries, and positive reinforcement. Track, monitor, and report student progress to teachers and specialists. Requirements: Proven experience or relevant training as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Teaching Assistant. Deep knowledge of secondary curriculum subjects and classroom management. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply. Full compliance with standard UK school safeguarding regulations.
