KS1 Teaching Assistant (Full Time)Location: TottonStart Date: May 2026-July 2026Contract: Short-Term (potentially permanent)Institution: EYFS and KS1 Pay: £85-£92 per day About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced EYFS and KS1 Learning Support Assistant for a well regarding school in Totton. The school is a medium sized primary school on the border of the picturesque New Forest. The staff are dedicated to ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed, achieve and thrive.Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 support and small group work supportAssist small groups of students in accessing lessons and structured activities.Adapt learning materials and approaches to meet individual needs.Encourage independence, confidence, and positive social interactions.Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to implement personalised learning plans.Monitor progress and maintain accurate records.Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all learners.
