The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive and committed to creating a positive learning environment where every pupil feels supported and encouraged to succeed.Key Responsibilities Provide support to pupils across the classroom, helping them engage with lessons and learning activities. Offer 1:1 and small-group support to reinforce learning and understanding where required. Assist teachers with preparing and delivering engaging classroom activities. Help pupils develop their literacy, numeracy and wider learning skills. Encourage positive behaviour, independence and confidence. Support pupils with additional learning needs and adapt approaches to suit individual requirements. Monitor pupils'' progress and communicate any concerns to the class teacher.
