What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:
- Supporting students in the classroom with their learning and behaviour
- Working 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils stay focused and engaged
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Adapting to different school environments and age groups
- Creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all learners
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people (in schools, youth work, care, etc.)
- A calm, patient, and supportive approach
- Flexibility and confidence to work across different schools and age groups
- A genuine passion for helping students thrive
- Enhancedandnbsp;DBS on the Update Serviceandnbsp;(or willingness to apply)
