Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
Work one-on-one or in small groups to support pupils with SEN or additional learning needs
Assist in implementing personalised learning plans tailored to individual pupil requirements
Encourage a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Help with classroom organisation, preparation, and resources
Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers to support development
What We''re Looking For:
Previous experience as an LSA or in a similar educational support role
Experience supporting pupils with SEN
A genuine desire to help children thrive and succeed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organisation, patience, and flexibility
A proactive team player who can adapt to classroom needs
