About the Role:

• One-to-one support for a child with behavioural and emotional needs
• Supporting both in and out of the classroom, adapting learning activities to meet individual needs
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists
• Encouraging personal development and emotional regulation
• Helping to build a safe, consistent, and trusting environment

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children with additional needs, especially behavioural or emotional challenges
• A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
• Confidence in behaviour management and de-escalation techniques (Team Teach training is a bonus)
• UK classroom-based experience is essential
• Some understanding of phonics is helpful, but not essential
• Most importantly: a passion for supporting children and helping them succeed
