About the Role:
- One-to-one support for a child with behavioural and emotional needs
- Supporting both in and out of the classroom, adapting learning activities to meet individual needs
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists
- Encouraging personal development and emotional regulation
- Helping to build a safe, consistent, and trusting environment
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Experience supporting children with additional needs, especially behavioural or emotional challenges
- A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
- Confidence in behaviour management and de-escalation techniques (Team Teach training is a bonus)
- UK classroom-based experience is essential
- Some understanding of phonics is helpful, but not essential
- Most importantly: a passion for supporting children and helping them succeed
