About the Role:

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Milton Keynes is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team in September. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who need additional support, helping them to thrive both academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support individual pupils or small groups with learning and engagement
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
• Help manage behaviour in a calm and positive manner
• Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils
• Contribute to a safe and nurturing learning environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children (school-based or similar setting)
• A patient, caring, and flexible approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine interest in supporting children''s learning and development
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
