Contract: Full time, ASAP start

Salary: andpound;95-andpound;105 per day

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of SEN needs (including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties).
  • Work closely with teachers to adapt lessons and create inclusive learning experiences.
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour in the classroom.
  • Assist with classroom activities, resources, and tailored learning plans.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to ensure consistent support.
  • Bring energy, patience, and creativity to every dayandmdash;youandrsquo;ll be a role model and motivator!

Qualifications andamp; Skills:


  • Previous experience working with children or young people (school, nursery, youth work, or similar).
  • A genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE, Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, Psychology, or SEN training) are desirable but not essential.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
