      <description>Location: Radlett | Salary: &amp;pound;85.50 - &amp;pound;120/day | Type: Temporary | SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA)    Job Title:  SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA)   Location:  Radlett, Hertfordshire   Daily Rate:  £85.50 – £120 per day   Contract:  Full-time   Start Date:  ASAP  We are currently seeking a dedicated, patient and compassionate  SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA)  to join a welcoming school in Radlett. This is a full-time opportunity to support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access learning, develop confidence and reach their full potential within a supportive and inclusive educational environment.   Key Responsibilities:    Provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.  Support teaching and learning under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO.  Encourage pupils'' academic, social and emotional development.  Assist with behaviour management using positive and consistent approaches.  Adapt support to meet individual learning needs and abilities.  Build positive working relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers.  Encourage pupils to develop independence, confidence and resilience throughout the school day.
