Whether you have experience in Primary or Secondary education, we have roles available to match your skills and interests. As an LSA, you will work closely with teachers and support teams to deliver targeted assistance, helping students access the curriculum and engage fully in school life.
Your Role Will Include:
Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and additional learning requirements
Providing 1:1 and small group interventions, focusing on literacy, numeracy, and emotional support
Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs to implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Promoting positive behaviour and active class participation
Building strong relationships that encourage student confidence and independence
Assisting in preparing and adapting resources for individual learning needs
Observing and recording student progress and feeding back to staff
Helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What We''re Looking For:
Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally within a school setting
A calm, empathetic, and patient approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
A sound understanding of SEN and inclusive education practices
Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a proactive mindset
