We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiasticandnbsp;Learning Support Assistant (LSA)andnbsp;to join a welcoming secondary school inandnbsp;Doverandnbsp;startingandnbsp;October 2025.

About the Role:

As an LSA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is patient, empathetic, and committed to making a difference in the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, both in and outside the classroom.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN), including those with EHCPs.
• Help to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
