Your day-to-day work will focus on providing personalised support that helps pupils access learning and develop confidence in a safe and inclusive environment.

What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:

• Working closely with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to support learning
• Assisting with tailored learning activities and behaviour plans
• Encouraging independence and positive social skills
• Collaborating with teachers and families to track progress
• Helping to maintain a calm and supportive classroom atmosphere
