Are you passionate about supporting young people in their learning journey£ Do you thrive in a role where no two days are the same£ Supply Desk is looking for compassionate, motivated Learning Support Assistants to work across a number of fantastic schools in Aylesbury, providing both general and one-to-one support to pupils.

Whether youandrsquo;ve worked in a school before or are looking to start a rewarding career in education, we want to hear from you!

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils with a range of learning needs
• Assisting pupils in accessing the curriculum and developing their confidence
• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and progress
• Working closely with teachers and school staff to monitor and adapt support strategies
• Promoting pupil wellbeing and maintaining high standards of safeguarding

Weandrsquo;re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children or young people (SEMH experience is a plus but not essential)
• Shows patience, emotional intelligence, and a calm, professional manner
• Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team
• Is committed to safeguarding and supporting pupil development
