Job Description:
- Provideandnbsp;targeted supportandnbsp;to pupils with a range of needs, includingandnbsp;SEND,andnbsp;EAL, and those requiring additional academic or emotional support
- Work closely with class teachers toandnbsp;differentiate learningandnbsp;and ensure all pupils can access the curriculum
- Foster aandnbsp;positive, safe, and engaging learning environmentandnbsp;that encourages independence and confidence
- Support pupils bothandnbsp;1:1 and in small groups, helping them to stay on task and reach their potential
- Assist withandnbsp;classroom organisation,andnbsp;behaviour management, andandnbsp;pastoral care
- Contribute to the wider school community throughandnbsp;collaborative planning,andnbsp;school events, andandnbsp;enrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential)
- Be aandnbsp;patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic team player
- Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;inclusive practice,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;child wellbeing
- Possessandnbsp;strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be eager toandnbsp;learn on the job, take initiative, andandnbsp;grow professionally
