Salary: andpound;90 andndash; andpound;120 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Buckingham is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team this September. The successful candidate will work closely with children who need additional support, helping them to engage in learning and thrive in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support individual pupils and small groups with learning activities
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil independence
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Contribute to creating a nurturing and safe learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)
• A positive, patient, and flexible approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children''s development
• Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check
