Supply Desk is proud to be working in partnership with supportive SEN and mainstream schools in the Chesham and Dacorum area. We''re currently recruiting a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join one of these schools from ASAPandnbsp;on a full-time, long-term basis.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Assisting with tailored interventions in literacy, numeracy, and emotional development
Helping implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff
Adapting learning materials to suit individual needs
Tracking pupil progress and feeding back to the class teacher
Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
What We''re Looking For:
Previous experience working with SEN children
A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude
Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
A flexible and proactive approach to supporting learning
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
