Job Description:
- Provideandnbsp;1:1andnbsp;andandnbsp;small group supportandnbsp;to pupils withandnbsp;SEN,andnbsp;learning difficulties, orandnbsp;additional needs
- Assist the class teacher in deliveringandnbsp;differentiated learning activitiesandnbsp;and maintaining aandnbsp;positive classroom environment
- Support pupilsandrsquo;andnbsp;academic,andnbsp;social, andandnbsp;emotional developmentandnbsp;through tailored interventions
- Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing toandnbsp;Individual Education Plans (IEPs)andnbsp;andandnbsp;review meetings
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere that promotesandnbsp;confidenceandnbsp;andandnbsp;independence
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience working with children in aandnbsp;school or educational settingandnbsp;(desirable but not essential)
- Be patient, empathetic, and committed to supportingandnbsp;diverse learning needs
- Demonstrate strongandnbsp;communicationandnbsp;andandnbsp;teamworkandnbsp;skills
- Be confident in implementingandnbsp;behaviour management strategiesandnbsp;and supportingandnbsp;positive behaviour
- Be committed toandnbsp;safeguarding,andnbsp;child wellbeing, andandnbsp;inclusive practice
