Supply Desk is delighted to be partnering with a welcoming SEN School in Hemel Hempstead to recruit aandnbsp;Learning Support Assistant (LSA)andnbsp;for a full-time, long-term position starting ASAP.

Role Overview:
Youandrsquo;ll work collaboratively with class teachers and the SENCO to provide focused support across KS1, tailored to your experience and the needs of the pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy, and emotional wellbeing
- Supporting the implementation and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Promoting positive behaviour and active engagement in lessons
- Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Adapting learning materials to meet individual needs
- Monitoring pupil progress and reporting back to the class teacher
- Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Experience working with children, ideally in a Primary school setting
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and a genuine passion for supporting learning
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
