Learning Support Assistant Primary School Full-Time Long-Term September Start Supply Desk is proud to be working in partnership with a fantastic Primary School in Borehamwood, and we re currently recruiting a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team from September on a full-time, long-term basis.This is a rewarding opportunity to support young learners at the start of their educational journey, especially those with additional learning needs. About the Role: You ll work closely with teachers and the SENCO to provide targeted classroom support across KS1, depending on your experience and the school s needs. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Assisting with tailored interventions in literacy, numeracy, and emotional developmentHelping implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs)Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagementBuilding strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staffAdapting learning materials to suit individual needsTracking pupil progress and feeding back to the class teacherContributing to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment What We re Looking For: Previous experience working with children, ideally in a Primary school settingA patient, empathetic, and positive attitudeGood communication skills and ability to work well as part of a teamA flexible and ..... full job details .....
