Oasis Academy Long Cross Specialist Resource Base for children with severe and complex learning needs including autism, is a unique and specialist provision situated in a thriving primary school in north Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced team. The Specialist Resource Base spans over seven classes for children from Reception to Year six who present with a range of needs and strengths, they all have an Education and Health Care Plan and require a specialist placement full time. You must bring energy, confidence, and enthusiasm with a commitment to inclusion and continuing professional development. Under the guidance of the teaching staff, you will provide direct support for the learning of individual children or groups of children to achieve defined progression targets.
