Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a range of mainstream and specialist schools in Towcester and the surrounding villages , who are seeking dedicated SEND support staff to join their teams. These schools support pupils with a variety of needs, including ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition), SLCN (Speech, Language and Communication Needs), SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), and physical disabilities , across a range of abilities from mild learning difficulties through to more complex needs . This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils in inclusive settings, helping them to access education and develop both academically and socially.
