They are highly experienced providing 1:1 support, leading small group interventions, adapting classroom activities, and supporting pupils with emotional regulation and engagement in learning. They work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement EHCP targets, behaviour support plans, and personalised interventions tailored to individual pupil needs. The candidate is calm, nurturing, and proactive, with excellent relationship-building skills and a strong understanding of inclusive practice.
