      <description>Location: Ashington | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are currently looking for a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive SEN school based in Ashington, Northumberland. You may be supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, communication difficulties, behavioural needs or complex learning needs.  SEN experience is essential for this role. Your Responsibilities  Provide one-to-one and small-group support where required. Support pupils to access the curriculum and participate in lessons. Help pupils develop their confidence, independence and social skills. Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils. Support pupils with their social, emotional and behavioural development. Work alongside teachers to adapt activities and learning to meet individual needs. Encourage positive behaviour and promote a calm, inclusive classroom environment.
