This rewarding role involves working closely with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them to access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.Your new role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside teachers, therapists, and the wider support team to provide tailored assistance to pupils across the curriculum. You may support individual learners on a one-to-one basis or work with small groups, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.Key responsibilities include:Supporting students with their learning and personal development both inside and outside the classroom.Delivering targeted interventions and learning activities under the direction of teaching staff.Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupils to develop successful relationships.Assisting with classroom preparation, record keeping, and pupil progress ..... full job details .....
