Learning Support Assistant (LSA)Location: Aldgate, Tower HamletsStart Date: 1st MayContract: Full-time / Term-timeDaily Pay: £95 - £100SANZA Teaching Agency are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a friendly and inclusive one-form entry primary school located in Aldgate, Tower Hamlets.We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join this welcoming school from 1st May.The Role:You will be supporting a Reception-aged pupil with ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition). The child is verbal, though has a limited vocabulary, and can sometimes become frustrated when finding communication or learning challenging.This role requires someone patient, emotionally attuned and consistent, who can:Support communication and language developmentHelp regulate emotions and manage frustration in a positive wayAdapt tasks to ensure access to learningUse clear, structured approaches and visual supports where appropriateAlongside providing targeted 1:1 support, you will also contribute to the wider classroom, assisting the teacher and supporting other pupils as needed.The class teacher is highly supportive and a genuine pleasure to work alongside, creating a collaborative and welcoming working environment.The Ideal Candidate:Has experience supporting pupils with ASCIs calm, nurturing and resilientUnderstands strategies to support communication and emotional regulationCan build strong, trusting relationshipsEnjoys being part of a team and contributing to the wider ..... full job details .....
