This is a full-time, long-term Learning Support Assistant position supporting children and young people with a wide range of additional needs.The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with pupils across the school, supporting learning, communication, emotional regulation, independence and personal development. This role would suit an experienced Learning Support Assistant or someone with transferable experience from care, support work, youth work or similar backgrounds.This SEN school supports pupils with a variety of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, sensory needs, learning difficulties, communication needs and other complex SEND requirements.Learning Support Assistant - Key Responsibilities:Support pupils with a range of SEND needs as a Learning Support AssistantProvide 1:1, 2:1 and small group support as a Learning Support AssistantAssist pupils with communication, engagement and emotional regulationAdapt activities and learning resources to meet individual needsSupport pupils both inside and outside of the classroomEncourage ..... full job details .....
