Learning Support Assistant- Key Responsibilities Support students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities. Help students develop confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours. Provide additional support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) where required. Adapt learning resources and activities to meet individual student needs. Support classroom behaviour management and encourage positive interactions.
