Male Learning Support Assistant (LSA) LambethWe are currently recruiting a Male Learning Support Assistant to work within a supportive school setting in Lambeth. This role is ideal for an experienced LSA who is confident supporting pupils with additional needs and managing challenging behaviour in a calm, consistent manner.Rate: 95- 115 per day Location: Lambeth Contract: Full-time, Monday to FridayThe RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, supporting their learning, behaviour, and personal care needs throughout the school day.Key responsibilities include:Supporting pupils with challenging behaviour using positive behaviour strategiesAssisting with personal care when requiredAdministering medication in line with school policies and proceduresSupporting pupils to access learning and engage positively in the classroomWorking closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and external professionalsEnsuring safeguarding and pupil wellbeing are prioritised at all timesRequirementsMale candidate (required)Proven experience managing challenging behaviourExperience with medication administrationExperience providing personal careA calm, patient, and resilient approachA strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundariesThis is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated LSA looking for a rewarding role within a school that values inclusion and pupil wellbeing. ..... full job details .....
