      <description>Location: Neasden | Salary: &amp;pound;100 - &amp;pound;105/day | Type: Contract | Learning Support Assistant    Brent based Primary School - ASAP Start    1:1 Full-Time Learning Support Assistant      We are seeking a confident, resilient and nurturing Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a child with additional needs. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting children with  Autism (ASD)  and  ADHD , who understands the importance of consistency, clear boundaries and positive behaviour strategies.   Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:    Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a child with ASD and ADHD, helping them access learning and reach their full potential.  Occasionally provide personal care  Use calm, consistent and structured behaviour management strategies to support emotional regulation and engagement.  Build a trusting relationship while maintaining firm and clear expectations.  Adapt learning activities to meet the child''s individual needs, working closely with the class teacher and SENCO.  Encourage positive social interactions, independence and confidence throughout the school day.
