As a Learning Support Assistant, you''ll work closely with class teachers to deliver tailored interventions and help children overcome barriers to learning.Key Responsibilities:Supporting pupils with SEN across EYFS, KS1, and KS2Working 1:1 and in small groups to deliver differentiated activitiesImplementing behaviour management strategies and promoting positive engagementAssisting with the preparation of adapted resources and materialsTracking and reporting on pupil progress to the SENCO and class teacherWhat We''re Looking For:Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role in primary educationStrong understanding of SEN including ASD, ADHD, and SEMHAbility to build trusting relationships with children and manage challenging behaviourEnhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain)Desirable: Training in ..... full job details .....
