This will be a full time long term Learning Support Assistant position, with scope to go permanent. Working days and hours for this Learning Support Assistant post will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Responsibilities for this Learning Support Assistant role will include but not be limited to: Supporting SEN and lower ability students in group or whole class intervention sessionsWorking with the teachers to ensure each student''s learning needs are identified Attending to students'' social, emotional and personal needs when requiredSupporting behaviour management and using appropriate strategies in line with academy policyUndertaking learning activities/teaching programmes when needed The rates of pay for this Learning Support Assistant position will be between 82.14 to 100 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.
