Reeson Education is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join welcoming primary schools across Thurrcok for an immediate start. This Year 6 Learning Support Assistant role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a real difference in the classroom every day.

• Provide 1:1 support as a Learning Support Assistant to pupils with additional needs
• Deliver small group interventions as a Learning Support Assistant
• Assist children with autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs as a Learning Support Assistant
• Work alongside teachers and SENCOs as a Learning Support Assistant to support learning plans
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation as a Learning Support Assistant
• Help create an inclusive classroom environment as a Learning Support Assistant

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or working with SEN pupils
• A patient, caring and adaptable approach as a Learning Support Assistant
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for a Learning Support Assistant
• Understanding of behaviour management strategies as a Learning Support Assistant
• Availability to start immediately as a Learning Support Assistant
