      <description>Location: Wandsworth | Salary: &amp;pound;88 - &amp;pound;110/day | Type: Contract | A welcoming primary school in Wandsworth Town is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join its team from November 2026.  The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs within KS2, helping them access the curriculum, develop their independence and make positive progress both academically and socially.   The Role     Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a KS2 pupil with SEN.    Assist the pupil in accessing and engaging with the curriculum.    Adapt activities and provide appropriate support based on individual needs.    Encourage independence, confidence and positive social interaction.    Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour where required.    Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo.    Monitor progress and communicate effectively with the wider school team.    Contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.     The Ideal Candidate   The school is looking for someone who:    Has at least 1 year of school-based or SEN experience.
