You will be supporting children in Years 1-4 with a range of additional needs, including Autism, non-verbal communication and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a safe, structured and nurturing environment where every child can feel supported and access their learning. Key Responsibilities Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs. Support children with Autism, non-verbal communication and SEMH needs. Implement strategies to support positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement. Demonstrate exceptional behaviour management while maintaining a calm, patient and nurturing approach.
