Learning Support Assistant - Tower HamletsLocation: Tower Hamlets Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-time, long-term Pay: Competitive daily rateA welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September.The school has a strong focus on inclusion and pupil wellbeing, and is looking for someone who can provide consistent, high-quality support to pupils both in the classroom and through targeted interventions.The role will involve:Supporting pupils across the primary age range with their learning and developmentProviding 1:1 and small-group support where requiredSupporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN and behavioural needsHelping pupils build confidence, independence and positive learning behavioursWorking closely with the class teacher and wider support teamContributing to a calm, positive and inclusive classroom environmentThe school offers:A supportive and welcoming staff teamStrong leadership and a clear commitment to inclusionExcellent resources and well-established support systemsOpportunities to develop your experience within a primary school settingThe ideal candidate will be patient, proactive and confident building positive relationships with children.
