Learning Support Assistant

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work across Norfolk? We are seeking confident and adaptable TAs to support KS1 and 2 classes in a range of Primary Schools. About the Role Supporting the class teacher with whole-class activities Running small group interventions Providing general classroom support and helping maintain a positive learning environment Assisting with pupil engagement, behaviour and learning tasks About You Previous experience as a TA or in a support-based role A genuine passion for working with children Ability to adapt to new settings and routines Strong communication and organisational skills Why Work With Us?
