You will play a key role in supporting learners wellbeing, personal development, engagement and progression, helping them achieve positive and sustained outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working with young people, vulnerable learners, employability or youth services who is passionate about making a genuine difference. Key Responsibilities Provide ongoing pastoral care, wellbeing support and guidance to learners throughout their programme.
