A Specialist School in Reading is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive team as soon as possible. The successful Learning Support Assistant will support pupils with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH needs.

This Learning Support Assistant role will involve:
* Providing tailored 1:1 support for pupils
* Supporting small group intervention sessions
* Encouraging confidence and independence
* Working collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff
* Creating a nurturing classroom environment
* ASAP start with excellent public transport links

The ideal Learning Support Assistant will have experience working with children or vulnerable individuals.
