Key Duties:

• Support teachers with fun lesson setups, hands-on activity prep, and lively classroom management.
• Give dedicated 1-on-1 guidance to children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, speech & language needs) to help them shine.
• Run high-energy small-group sessions in reading, writing, and math to turn learning into a game.
• Help little learners adapt activities so everyone feels included and confident.
• Champion positive behaviour using praise, rewards, and total encouragement.
• Keep break times safe, active, and full of positive play.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in education, youth work, social care, or SEN support.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to connect with secondary-age students.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
